At the moment I’m on a cardiac placement so I was on night shifts over the weekend. Ugh. Needless to say, my food and meals were all over the place.
Back to the blog, I’m not sure what format this blog is going to take but it will probably involve showcasing my daily food highlights and recipes. Day-to-day I generally choose vegetarian, wheat-free foods because I feel healthiest when eating this way. However, I am in no way dogmatic or strict about this thus don’t live by either labels (been there, done that). Here’s some of the things I enjoyed over the weekend:
